Hi, I'm a well-known social media. Independent entertainer. I work very closely with movie actors and public people. I ringed up the service and yesterday with my friend and her kid. We were stuck in the cold looking for a taxi, I left my wallet up my mother's house i called them as if possible. Can I get a taxi Send out to me and I explain the situation , but the woman on the phone and attitude with me at the beginning but i ignored that, but then she started again to nime.Because they wanted an appointment front going from Yate to Bristol the whole thing is being judged to the people who runs out to the cars. This is the situation it's ongoing a young kid was stuck out in the code where finally got her location. But the woman's attitude was bad.yeah there isa young kid was stuck out in the coat. We finally got her back home but the woman's attitude was bad. Service on the phone they need to get some sorts of syste.\n M, well, I don't ask for money to pay on the link. Come to the agreement with a customer.\n I was very disappointed with this service. We have to use another taxi company. I will not be writing this to anyone.\nIt's a shame this company is good , but now the people buying the desk is made it look bad

Really good taxi service from a brilliant driver from Kurdistan this evening. He explained the price at the start. His driving is very smooth and the new Dacia was very nice. He checked the route with us. All around lovely guy to deal with.

I am writing this review following an extremely disappointing experience with Zoom Cars. Today was the first occasion I had taken my mother out of hospital or rehabilitation since she suffered two strokes ten weeks ago. She is seventy three years old and a wheelchair user. This was an important and emotionally significant outing for our family. I booked a disability accessible taxi for 12:00 from Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, Active Care Group on Briggs Road to John Lewis at Cribbs Causeway, Merlin Road. I was quoted £27.50 for the journey. The actual fare charged was £53.50. The return journey at 3:00pm cost a further £56.30. In total, £110 was charged for approximately sixteen miles of travel. While I appreciate that pricing can vary, this level of increase without clear justification is unacceptable. In my view, it reflects very poorly on a company to impose such charges when transporting elderly, frail and vulnerable passengers who rely on accessible transport and have limited alternatives. This experience caused unnecessary stress on what should have been a positive and carefully planned day. I would strongly urge Zoom Cars to review their pricing practices for disability transport and ensure transparency and fairness for those who are least able to challenge inflated costs. I cannot recommend this service based on this experience.

First time of using this taxi company. The taxi was on time, enabling me to catch my coach to London from the Bristol Bus Station. The taxi driver was friendly and great to talk to. The fare charged was the same as I was quoted when I made the booking. I will be using this company again. Thank you.

I had an awful experience with them today 5th Nov 2025. I booked a taxi for a family member, they forget and left their post surgery medication, anti rejection medication for kidney transplant, CPAP machine and other medication while they went to London for a flight abroad. I called to inform them to check the taxi so I can collect them. A very rude lady picked and was so nasty saying she cant do nothing because the driver was sleeping. I explained it was a medical emergency and we need the medical gadget with the medication, nobody was willing to help saying I have to call about 10hours time when the driver is back to work. I informed them of involving the police before they told me it was in the lost and found. They should have informed me earlier. I had to cancel and rebook flight for a whole new cost. The person had to book another coach for the items and book another back to London from Bristol. They didn't treat a customer well. I wish I can give -0 star. It was a horrific experience.

Have used this firm every time I've been in Bristol as the website makes it super easy to book and the fact that they text you the car type, colour and reg is great for a single female in a strange city. Some of the drivers are fantastic some are rather worrisome and possible need to have their driving assessed. But luckily it is more of the former then the later.

Pick up from Bristol bus station, driver rang to tell me where he was parked and was that convenient for me. Was sent in text cab registration Efficient and helpful booking with immediate confirmation. Driver very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Really helpful driver and arrived on time. Each time I phone I seem to get a different price for the same journey. I’m told it’s new staff but surely they have a process to follow in order to provide a price. But it seems they pick a price out of thin air sometimes!

Terrible Service. Easy-Jet booked us a taxi from Bristol airport to Edinburgh airport. We were supposed to be in our own taxi as a party of two. EasyJet paid both drivers to take two separate groups of people to Edinburgh airport. The taxi drivers decided amongst themselves that they were going to squeeze us in to the one taxi, and both drivers were going to sit in the front and split the journey. I then asked the drivers if they are still being paid for taking both taxis and they said it is a very long journey and they need to split it. We then said “we know” and the taxi driver said “get out! your being rude to me” because we were asking if he was still getting paid for both fares despite the fact they were only taking us in one taxi. If the drivers never wanted to drive that far they should never have taken the job. Furthermore, I had to sit facing backwards in the middle seat with no headrest, this is illegal, all passengers must have a head rest. I am appalled by the way we were spoken to by the driver and the fact we were all squished into this one taxi with strangers for over 8 hours. Would not recommend using this service unless you want to get verbally abused by your driver

We needed a wheelchair taxi for a funeral. Zoom staff were very helpful and rearranged other pick ups so they could accommodate our time schedule. From the first phone call, pick up and drop of we were kept informed and the staff on the phone and the driver were really nice. Thank you. We will certainly be using you again.
