   My Son went for a CT scan today. The building is very clean, and the staff are nice. The member of staff who stood out was Moz, who administered a cannula and did a blood test on my Son before the CT scan. His friendly and informative manner put my Son at ease for the procedure. Just what is needed for a anxious patient.

   Got to clinic at 15:18 got seen for a blood test at 16:49 one person every 16-20 minutes been seen absolutely ridiculous I don't know what goes on behind the scenes and the lady that did my bloods was lovely but I can't sit for almost 2 hours after work for a routine blood test id have rather drawn it myself with a straw

   Having a town central nhs building offering essential services is wonderful, but I’m surprised how poor the wheelchair access is within a purpose built building. The internal doors are not automatic, and I have had to come accompanied simply to have my daughter hold open the doors, including holding open the one to the disabled lift. The disabled car park also only holds a mere 4 vehicles, which is wholly inadequate as I can never get a space.

   Travelled to this place twice today for a blood test. Too busy at lunchtime so had to leave. Arrived back after work (another round trip of over an hour) sat patiently waiting for an hour. Suspected nurse was dragging it out so she could tell us she couldn’t fit us in, and that’s exactly what happened. She could have told us an hour earlier that she didn’t have time, but she waited till the last minute. Shocking time management skills and zero empathy.

   Tried ringing 8 times. Either engaged or rings for 20 seconds then you get cut off. No option of leaving a message. Poor. No doubt it's all Covid related. Which it isn't.

   Shocking , the reception is hardly ever there, you are left sitting behind locked doors and it takes the goodwill of people leaving to keep the door open to let you in . When you are finally in you can be sat waiting and waiting until you go into the dept yourself only to be told that you are cancelled or the particular nurse is on holiday. Disgusted

   Level of interest from reception is zero. When I asked to be put through to someone who may be able to help. Was ..told they had probably gone home .this was at 3'55pm.whe n I said wasworried by the distress caused to my wife by the delay. the receptionist told me to go Private.
