In my 20 years of experience with this GP. I have had no problems whatsoever. I have always had a pleasant experience from booking an appointment with the receptionist, who have always been helpful to my after care of my appointments. However, today when I needed support with making an appointment. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. I understand if she was busy but there was nobody there and wasn't very considerate. I hope this will be one off case

My daughter has tonsillitis with extremely sore and swollen glands. She’s not eaten or slept in days I tried everything to give her the penv prescribed to her from out of hours. She initially threw up after I gave her them. So I tried bribes, sweets, drinks, anything but she wouldn’t have it. I couldn’t see her in pain so I rang the gp in the morning to see if they can prescribe something else. I waited an hour to get through. The receptionist was lovely, but when I got a call back from the ANP. She was so reluctant to prescribe an alternative and said ‘medicines aren’t made to taste nice’. Okay so you’re telling me it’s not meant to taste nice so the child doesn’t take it which would result the child not getting better. She spoke down to me and made me feel like I’m stupid in contrast to the ANP in the hospital the night before who was absolutely lovely. She did eventually prescribe it but wasn’t happy about it. Leaving another review. Receptionist rang me today which is Thursday for an appointment that my baby has on Monday. She said we need to cancel due to an emergency coming up. So the receptionists are predicting the future now too. She then offered me an appointment for the day after. I declined because it’s of no use to me. She questioned me that I’m cancelling it. I believe I’m not the one cancelling the appointment you guys are.

I’m genuinely fed up with this practice. I turn up on time, even early, every single visit — and today was no different. Yet again I was left waiting with no explanation. After sitting there like an idiot, I just walked out. I’m not doing this anymore. Sort your system out. It shouldn’t be on me to deal with your chaos. I make the effort to be on time, to plan my day around this appointment, but you clearly don’t do the same. If I arrived even 5 minutes late, you’d jump on me straight away — but when you keep patients waiting 30–45 minutes, it’s suddenly fine? This has happened three times now. The communication is a joke, both at the desk and over the phone. The whole place desperately needs proper organisation.

Dr S. Azam is an outstanding GP who truly embodies the NHS and GMC principles of compassion, integrity, and patient-centred care. After months of delays and feeling dismissed elsewhere, she took the time to listen, understood my concerns, and ensured I was promptly referred for the finger surgery I needed. Her professionalism and empathy restored my trust in the healthcare system. Dr Azam is a credit to her practice and a genuine example of what good medical care should be.

Worst practice ever! The receptionists are very rude, they didn't want to make an appointment for me, even when they knew I was pregnant and couldn't get help at the pharmacy. They didn't listen to the pharmacist saying I needed a prescription antibiotic from my GP. The receptionist sent me to an eye doctor's office where they told me I needed to get a prescription from my GP. I called the GP and the receptionist yelled at me that I wasn't listening to her and I had to go to the optician and she put the phone down. I called 111 and got the answer that only GP can help me in my case and I have to try calling them over and over again. I called again and the other receptionist told me to call back after 2pm. After 2:00 p.m. I tried to call many times and no one answered the phone. When they picked up they said there was no appointment for today and the receptionist referred me back to an eye practice. She didn't listen that the ophthalmologist sent me to GP. I called again. The other receptionist wasn't listening either. She started laughing and put the phone down! My infection had been going on for 6 days and it was getting worse, so I went to the hospital where I got help. I do not recommend the practice.

Useless, such a bad practice every time I try to call for an appointment they either don't answer or they answer after continuous calling with no proper response if answerd you the receptionist act as doctors and they give you what you have to do either a useless advice from Google or ask you to go the the pharmacy. If you already been to the pharmacy like my case and tried to call to see the gp they will not offer you an appointment and that because of No Reason. I don't recommend this GP to anyone as you will get nothing beneficial. A lot to say and more but you can already see others reviews such a disappointing for a medical practice....

This is the worst medical practice. I am having stomach pain since last week and I have called my gp surgery for an appointment. The receptionist told me I have to wait till next week Wednesday to see the doctor. There is no compassion from this receptionist she was even shouting over the phone. I cannot believe this is happening in the United Kingdom.

Trying to get through a reception call to get an appointment is near impossible. The majority of the time I don't have or want to explain to 'randoms' my life now or passed for them to talk down to me happily refusing an appointment & since last seeing a doctor I've accumulated a few ailments to discuss only with THE doctor.
