   Parity Legal were dealing with our buyers purchase at the bottom of a very short chain. Close to 4 months (granted 2 weeks off that due to Christmas) from being appointed to being in a position to exchange. Numerous emails to our solicitor asking for questions to be answered that had already been answered. At the 11th hour (close to 2 months after the searches we're back), they decided that the mortage company should be notified of 'very low' radon on our property. This took close to 2 weeks to get a response on and held up the entire chain; who were all now waiting for Parity Legal. Pretty certain this was to buy them some time to catch-up on the rest of the process. When the response finally did come back all clear (who'd have thought it!), they then advised that the buyers had their deposit held up in a Lifetime ISA. Why on earth they hadn't advised the buyers to start the draw down process of this down weeks before is beyond me! Top of the chain were at the point of pulling the plug by this point and it was all hanging on a knife edge! If you like siting on the edge of your seat, pulling your hair out.....they are an excellent conveyancer!

   Been chasing Parity Legal for keys, gas certificates and an explanation as to why their client sold electric cards to sitting tenanats when they were clearly instructed not to. Phone calls and emails have been ignored. It's been a week now, I still can't accesss the property I spent £280,000 on. I won't be recommending them for their service, or lack of!
