   We were going to our Sons wedding at Mounton Brook Lodge, and we were staying at theTwo Rivers Chepstow. Rang this firm, told him the details and he confirmed We were outside of hotel at 950, waited until 1010, did not arrive, rang got answerphone, left message. No one got back to us. As you can imagine, by now panicking we were not going to get to venue on time. This was a very important day for us and we were totally let down by them. We eventually had to drive to the venue. By the time we arrived we were very stressed. I would never ever use them again or recommend them Have tried contacting them since Saturday but they never answer or return my calls.

   I booked Jay's taxis with 8 days notice to go to and from a wedding venue. They failed to turn up, and also failed to contact me to explain their failure. I rang 30+ times on the day and they were constantly engaged. Jay's taxis are UNRELIABLE and a TOTAL failure.

   Got a taxi from Cardiff as we went to a concert at the Motorpoint. Enjoyed the evening so much we decided to stay a little longer which was fine with the taxi. Turned up on time and good price too

   Prompt and reliable. (Half hour early because of problems on the road, thoughtful but sent us in a panic to get out) clean a tidy taxi but the driver ... Didn't provide anything to help the weman in and out. Very high entrance to taxi in a dress. More interested in 1:1 conversation with one passenger than checking everyone got of safely and helping. Left to remove cake from the back of the taxi ,trying to get it paat all the wheelchair ramps was impossible.so ended up damaging the cake 78 year old guests in the taxi going to and from a party do not need to be told about railways for 30 minutes or the death spots on the roads for their journeys home the next day. A very unnerving driver who made all the weman feel uncomfortable

   I wish I could remove the 1 star but it’s not possible!!! If you are a woman NEVER use this firm!!!!! Absolutely shocking service!! I asked for our driver to wait a moment to make sure my friend got into house safe and he said he wouldn’t. When I protested that I needed to make sure she was in safe I was told to get out of the car. I was left stranded 25 mins from home in the early hours of the morning!
