Good service, with friendly and helpful staff. I arrived with concerns about the health of my eyes and left pleasantly surprised at how much my eyes had improved. All in all, a helpful service that I would use again.
The reception staff greeted me with a welcoming smile. Sayera and Louise were so kind when they completed my initial test. They made me feel comfortable and also interacted with each other in a happy nature which made me feel warm and appreciated. I felt the positivity between them and I enjoyed my experience. I had a productive visit and I would attend this particular Girlington Specsavers in the future and recommend to my friends and family, due to the positive experience. I love seeing workplaces that run with positive vibes and appreciation for the customers and staff, as that is how they thrive. The customer service is lovely. The workers are polite and welcoming. They direct you well and help you every step of the way. My glasses were checked and fitted accordingly.
The staff at Specsavers Girlington are amazing. They have asked me to review my latest glasses and unfortunately I can't do this completely as they have night driving tints and just long distance single vision lenses and I haven't yet driven at night in them. I have, however, driven during the day and the single vision lenses are much better for driving than my varifocal lenses and I found the night driving tints very soothing even during the day. I love wearing contact lenses but find these difficult for night driving with bright headlights coming towards me so I am hoping these new night driving glasses will solve the problem but I know that the staff at Specsavers will be there to help me if they do not solve the problem as they have been there for the many years I have been with them.

I was looked after from walking in to having my eyes tested, going through the choice of frames and finally collecting my glasses just a few days after. The only thing I would suggest is that you are a little more transparent with the extra costs, maybe advertising the extras where the frames are? There are no surprises and it helps with the shock when you receive the bill!
Very organised place. You are immediately received by staff once you arrive and tell you exactly where you need to be. Ateeq was the optician for my eye test and he simply explained everything he was looking for. Nigel then helpfully advised me on a choice of glasses. Thank you everyone for such a friendly experience.
