My daughter is 6 years old and loves coming here especially if she knows Charlie is working. She always makes my daughter feel welcome, is friendly and fun natured. Sometimes my daughter can be a bit shy and Charlie always gets her full of confidence and has really positive energy. Thank you Charlie, the management should be very proud to have you
I would like to give Charlie that works in the wacky warehouse a huge 5 star review! She is honestly the heart of the place and always brings a smile to all of the children’s faces. She’s a natural and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Thank you Charlie for making our girls day when we come and visit :)
Anytime we visit the area, we come to Strawberry Field Wacky Warehouse! It’s a nice clean environment to take our kids and they have a great time! It’s affordable to play and eat. The best part- we’re able to have a coffee in peace whilst our children play. Def recommend!
My son Noah had his Birthday Party here today. He had a great time and the staff were amazing - especially Mimi who looked after us extremely well! We often use the soft play and all the staff & facilities are great.
We have moved to the area not that long ago and we have found a perfect play pit which is strawberry field! From day one to coming in Courtney ever time has gone above and beyond for me and my children! She always is so helpful & a lovely person to be around children! She speaks lovely & is very helpful when you need anything! If it wasnt for her I would not of joined monthly with my kids. My kids love it here & Courtney is an outstanding member of the team! Couldn’t praise her enough! Keep smiling and keep doing a FAB JOB! Thanks Ava Jack & mum :)
Absolutely disgusted with the way my autistic son was treated ruined what was supposed to be a nice family day out my son was made to get of the climbing equipment for being too tall even though he had already been checked and he was just the right height to play not only did this cause huge embarrassment it also really impacted my son who now refuses to go anywhere due to this experience I will never again use this play area or restaurant where’s the compassion
I have visited here several times over the past few years with my children and they always have a good time. The play area seems well maintained and quite large so the children always enjoy running around. We normally eat here as well if we are there for a few hours. Food is plentiful and of a reasonable standard. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Only downside is just how busy and loud it can get but that's to be expected. All in all a nice way to entertain your kids for an afternoon.
Staff are lovely, always over friendly and go above and behond for you. Its busy on weekend so bear that in mind but in the week its great. Where else nowadays can you get a coffee, bacon sandwich and entertainment for kids for £10 I totally agree they need some money spent on it but only positivity will get them this.
My son celebrated his 7th Birthday Party. Everything was organised very well: soft play was amazing, party bags, food, & drinks for kids and parents too! They have a bar in place so you can order what you want, all staff very friendly and nice. We didn't have to worry about anything. Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you
