I applied job H&M company through encore (GI group) coventry. I fill form and take induction in Rugby H&m . staff Anita told me your shift rotta coming Thursday. Until Friday isn't come rotta and I call and text messages them they told me you are looking 7 to 3 shift now only available 6 to 2 shift. I told them I didn't say like that any shift I can work. She told me you lie and my colleague she never lie you are doing rude behavior we can't give job . Anyway if they don't have job why they took people's time only they looking benefit forself what impact for other they never think. I waste 1 weak time .Encore agency is worst agency they told me they give induction money I can't believe.
Drivers have a lot of responsibility.With the current inflation you pay 12£ per hour, that's like spitting the drivers in the face. Gas, energy, gasoline up! maybe offer 1£ !

Kept me waiting in seating area for over an hour, their online system wouldn't accept my date of birth even though I entered it in several times. Found 1 night shift work job near to my home, and the hours are also suitable for anyone who is also working a day job.
Nice agency to work for. They got me class 1 driving work with Hermes in Rugby. No issues over start times and wages always correct and paid weekly. Hermes hours can be long 10-12 hours, but overall a good place to work. Encore very professional in getting clients into ongoing all year round work at Hermes. Only left because found permanent job in Coventry, same wages and less hours, and travel times and distance better.
Another agency (Coventry) with fake 5 stars review. If you are lucky ... you will have the job but because the company how needs new people and not because this agency, they will mess up your payment if you will not check your payslip (the payslip that I asked for 4 week to receive the payslip portal) they will not care! ### Very poor service, they will ignore you, you have to insist a lot, calling, messages, emails. otherwise they do not respond to people. ### ### I had problems with holiday payment as well. They will say "problem with sistem" ### If you are "lucky" you will not lose time with this agency, but they are not serious! And you will work for them and not receive you payment correctly.
Excellent agency. Worked for them for a 18 months now. I didn't like my first assignment so they changed my position with no fuss. Would recommend them to anyone who is ready to work. Great job
Quick to sign you up terrible at replying to your emails, been with them for a long time but only been out of work 3weeks, in that time they've offered me no work...... Nothing! And I've applied for a few jobs through them. They used to be very good when I first used them 3.5years ago I had a job within one week of sign up, what's gone wrong..!
