   I take my dog Bobble to Love My Hound and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She can be a little sensitive, but the team make her feel so relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Not only does she look gorgeous after her groom – soft, tidy, and smelling amazing – but her teeth clean was brilliant too. You can really see the difference, and it’s reassuring to know she’s in such caring hands. The staff are professional, friendly, and clearly love what they do. I wouldn’t take Bobble anywhere else!

   Highly recommend the Hayes branch of love my hound. Have used them for afew years now for our dog who is not that keen on having his paws touched . With patience. And bribery Mel is getting there.    I've just brought my Cockapoo home after his first full groom with Elle and oh my goodness - he is so much more handsome than I expected ❤️ . The team were so welcoming on my arrival - Elle really listened to the type of cut/look I was hoping for and some of the worries I had about his once unruly coat. She put me at ease and really took the time/looked after my dog whilst he was in her care! 10/10 and will absolutely be back for regular grooms at Love My Hound!

   I have taken my golden retriever there for years. Despite never cancelling on them yet they have previously cancelled on me, to book the next appointment, they insist on a deposit because it's a 'Christmas' booking. I always get their top service and pay a lot of money, and I refuse to go again because trust should work both ways. People say to help local business, but why should I with this?

   I took my West Highland Terrier yesterday for the first time after moving to the area. He is a very fidgety dog and not the easiest to groom. When I picked him up I was amazed. He looked absolutely gorgeous, smelled amazing and had a super traditional ‘Westie’ cut. The staff were so nice and very dog friendly- so much so he didn’t want to leave!!! Would highly recommend them and will be a loyal customer for years to come.
