Don't go if your looking for your children to use the climbing wall. This is one of the reasons I took my children there. Asked members of staff 5 times if they would be opening it. Kept getting palmed off saying they were opening it after the food service. Don't know why they didn't just say they wasn't going to be opening it. 2 very disappointed kids. Also coffee was served half full. Food took ages. Shouldn't be called fuze play and climbing centre as they dont open the climbing wall.

Very expensive don't let the pictures fool you some of the stuff was not in use. They not only charge the kids but the adults as well. The equipment they had was outdated and well used. No parking avaliable not some where I will be returning too.

Lots to do, good price, not so easy to get to but worth the travel and staff seemed friendly, food pretty good - big portions too, would definitely go again

It's decent. Kids not always supervised by parents which can lead to a few clashes, which you get at most establishments of this kind. Food is ok just average grub not bad as small meals or snacks coffees and drinks. Although you have to order cooked food within the first 15 minutes of getting there or you won't have your order taken as it's a big place (large volume of punters) and there are only 3 or 4 staff on at a time and struggle with meeting demand so this is what they must have come up with as a solution. But worth mentioning as it's often overlooked and people get upset when they can't order food as if your not a regular here you wouldn't know. However, recently they have started telling people on entry more. Over all it's not bad and kids enjoy.

Booking only online which is convenient and a easy process. Clean and lots of variety of play equipment for children. Staff were friendly helpful and clear when explaining rules of stay in keeping yourself and your child safe on your visit. A good variety of food to be purchased at this establishment and of great quality and value for money. Great stay and thank you againm

I had a party booked for my twins first birthday, the staff was quite rude towards the party guests, rushing everyone out of the party room, felt like none of the staff wanted to be there working! Also one member of staff took it apon herself when I asked we will be taking party food home and she threw it all in bin right in front of me! Absolutely appealing!! I paid a lot of money for this and we all get treated badly! Never recommend this place for a birthday party!

Kids had an amazing time here! You can hire out for birthday parties, there's a small area for 4 and unders and the climbing wall can be used at a small extra cost. Coffee and food was delicious, great value for money! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

This place is great. They have a under 4 toddlers zone which is perfect to put the baby and know they won't be harmed at all and you can fully keep an eye on them. There is an area for older children which is the main attraction and its really big with alot of different things inside. This place isn't overpriced for the time and experience the kids can get here. And parents can actually sit down and not worry while taking your eyes off the kids for a while
