   Bristol Taxi we’re amazing, came and picked me up when I was in a pickle and the driver was super friendly, picked me up within 10 minutes when I called to be picked up from Avonmouth late at night - I’ll be using these guys again for sure and recommending them to all my friends!

   Bristol Taxis is a great service for anyone wanting reliable airport transfers or local pick-ups. The driver was in contacted with me prior to my ride assuring me he would be on time and texted me when my car was outside; he was friendly, welcoming and professional and the ride was clean, safe. and comfortable. Ideal for anyone looking for good value experience; Highly recommended !!!!!!! :)

   Life saver when I was in Bristol for a festival. Found this by walking down a road and spoke to the kind and good humoured lady manning the office who sorted me with a taxi driver promptly. The driver was really likeable and also expertly navigated the traffic congestion in the area by taking a strategic route, enabling me to get in the line for the festival before it was too packed. Used them the following day and same excellent service. Reasonably priced too which I didn't expect for a taxi firm in an otherwise expensive city. Call them if you're in Bristol.

   It arrived late, which from looking at other reviews seems to be standard for them. I had booked a taxi for my mum. I was quoted £28 having established specific addresses but they tried to charge her £35. I rang them up to query this but I wasn't left feeling confident that they cared. Would avoid.

   First time a taxi driver take £10 from my hand without saying how much it is... Just "Thanks mate". I pay for my own expenses so it is not company money. After today I'd say it is the last time. Some of your drivers are gentle and professional but others, including some people on the phone, are just the opposite I would say.

   DO NOT use this company. They arrived 30 minutes late to take me to the train station-When I phoned to check where the taxi was I was told it would be 15 minutes: 10 minutes after the stated collection time. I queried this and this was then quickly changed to 5 minutes. The taxi arrived 20 minutes after this, supposedly due to heavy traffic. When I asked the driver he reported that he had been on another job scheduled for the same time and the roads were clear. Luckily I had been extra cautious in leaving a lot of time between my train and eurostar connections. If not, I would have missed my holiday. Please use another firm if you are want an honest and reliable service, and don't want to be fobbed off with lies.
