   Amazing Party at Laser Quest Cardiff - Thanks, Cameron! Raphael had the best birthday party ever at Laser Quest Cardiff! The arena was great, all the children had a blast and really enjoyed their games . A special shout-out to Cameron, who made the party truly exceptional. He was helpful , patient, and went above and beyond to ensure all the kids had an amazing time. Highly recommend Laser Quest Cardiff for a fun and memorable party experience!

   Wen To Laser Tag Yesterday For Both Of My Neices Birthday It Was So Funny It Is Very Spacious And The Food/Party Table Is Amazing For The Price.The Staff Are Lovely, Good Value For Money And All The Kids Loved It I Would One Hundred Percent Reccomend.

   The game itself was great because of the people I went with but the customer service was something else (not in a good way) We went through and the opening line of the safety was not going to teach you to suck eggs. Then went on to say don’t hurt because I don’t want to fill in an accident form I have had a bad week so go eat on me. So in fact we received no safety information or just general information on how it works and another parent who I assume had been before explained it to me and my group who had never been

   Exceptionally poor experience at Laser Quest Cardiff. I would recommend to avoid at all cost. There was an hours delay to our game, which apparently happens frequently. As a result we were late for our restaurant reservations and were unable to play the second game we had booked. I have contacted customer services several times this week and have not even received acknowledgement of my emails. So if you have any issues with your experience, don't expect to receive a prompt response. A waste of £120! Save your money guys and book something else for your special celebrations because you will be disappointed!!

   Due to the red warning weather issues on Friday the 18th February, myself and my party weren't able to make it in to the venue as there's was no public transport available and warning to stay at home. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive a response from the company to state that I wouldn't be having a refund due to the business being open. I'd understand if I had called to cancel due to sickness or other plans but due to faults not of my own I've lost out on £80. I wasn't able to book for another date as it was meant for my 30th birthday and a few of the party had been up from London and we don't know when they would be back up again.

   We had a great time. £10 for 2 games which is great value. We played individually and in teams and both time had so much fun even though there was only 6 of us. There's an instruction video first, then a room to gear up and then a large room where you play. There is a smoke machine, which we were asked if that was okay to be on, so it may be optional if that's a problem for anyone. We would all go again.

   Booked 2 games for a group of 6 children, the woman that seen to us as we arrived was really friendly and helpful but when I returned to collect the children after their games they were very disappointed, it was very small in there, 2 other children not with us made them miss out on 5 minutes of their 2nd game and there was a male member of staff shouting at them for ridiculous reasons, they weren't allowed to run or crouch and there were problems with the equipment and the member of staff was shouting at the children, obviously it wasn't the children's fault but faulty equipment. I will not be taking my kids and their friends there again.
