   An amazing company to deal with, probably the best customer service I have encountered. I have bought several items from them in the last 12 months, great prices and they do what they say they are going to do. Shopping on line is quick and efficient but the magic starts when you talk to them. Jemma makes spending money a joy, nothing is too much trouble and they really know their products. The web site is great but call them and speak to Jemma, you will then understand what makes them so great!

   Our whole experience with Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture was 5-star, from when I first popped into the warehouse asking to browse to ordering and receiving our beautiful gazebo and dining set. We dealt with Jemma throughout the process and can't praise her highly enough - she was very knowledgeable, helpful without being "pushy", friendly and generally a joy to work with. Our Norfolk Leisure Royce Cube Gazebo and 4 Seasons Outdoor Puglia low dining set were delivered and installed really efficiently by a brilliant husband & wife team and we absolutely love our new outdoor space, it looks fantastic and we can use it all year round! It's been greatly admired by all our visitors too - can't thank you enough Jemma and you'll be our first call for any future purchases!

   Think twice before purchasing from this company, we previously purchased a structure from them, within weeks it fell to bits and nobody was Interested, it’s typically a case of take your money and run, plus the company ceased trading before and seemingly left customers behind with no leg to stand on. The company will now undoubtedly respond to this with their normal jargon but please, just don’t end up in the situation I did, lastly, don’t get sucked in by the fake reviews either.

   Darren is a great salesman. Not pushy at all and gives honest and fair advice. Very accommodating and did not once push for us to buy. We ended up purchasing one of their superb galaxy gazebos.
