   After years of seeing the fantastic Chesterfields in this place circumstances made me have to quickly get a sofa as a matter of urgency . Rang these guys who sent me photos of the items they had in stock to the spec I wanted . Fell in love with one and got it delivered today !! I love it . Big thanks to Jason for getting it to me so quickly. Am sat on it now relaxing with a glass of wine. Highly recommend this place. Very high quality and brilliant service. Will definitely be having another one at some point .

   Some really nice items at good prices, including a captains chair we brought which has to be the most comfortable work chair I have ever sat on. Really nice lamps, sofas and other bits as well. Feels like a bit of a find.

   I recently bought a ‘show stopper’ sofa from Lucy’s Lock up and I am so happy with it. Comfort, the look, EVERYONE comments on it! Purchasing the sofa and delivery was straight forward and the sofa arrived on a day and time suitable to us. I had a slight issue with the sofa and even though this was not at the fault of the company, they promptly called me and came to see the sofa within days. Both Lucy and her husband resolved the issue and I genuinely feel that I received 100% better customer service and resolution than I would at any high street shop or large organisation. Thank you so much for my beautiful sofa! I can’t wait to return over the next few months to fill my house with Leicester best kept secret, Lucy’s lockup furniture.

   I’ve now bought two chesterfields (separately) from Lucy’s lock up and very happy with the whole experience from selecting them to delivery. From the first time I visited the lock up - I was able to see and test a number of sofas with moving them out no issue. Payment was easy. Delivered within 24 hours on both occasions with reasonable delivery fee. It’s good value on the sofas given their standard and quality. An adjoining treasure trove of vintage furniture and artefacts is also very cool - an oak bookcase has also made its way into my home! Very happy to recommend & will be a returning customer.
