Worst poundstretcher. Incompetent till assistant who is dishonest and doesnt seem fit to work. A "manager" who doesn't come out to speak to a customer upon request. Terrible shop. Will not be going back to this outdated store with limited customer service.
Very bad customer service. Arun particularly is terrible, doesn’t seem to care about his job at all and no staff available anywhere to help.
Good variety. Kind staff. Particularly good for cleaning products. Large strong bags. Products reflect their prices so don't expect long lasting hardware, but good for temporary situations.
Very very BAD .. I took a wall clock from the shop, after I went home & inserted the cell the CLOCK was NOT WORKING .. i went back the other day showed them the transaction history, the behaviour of the manager was so bad … I would suggest NOT to visit the store ever again
There is always something new to make my home beautiful. There's no bargain anywhere. Everything has increased in price.
The shop it self was in a mess, the front counters are full of promotion stock you can hardly see the tills, very narrow lanes to queue up to pay, a elderly Gentleman looks out of his depth serving customers. It May be a Budget shop but the prices inside are not exactly budget friendly, so the appearance of the shop and its display could have been much improved, Aesthetically it looks like A jumble stall,I am sure with a decent management team and less clutter it could do a lot more business. Less is always more if its visibly pleasing to the eye in my opinion.

I had a horrible experience in POUNDSTRETCH at the Stratford Branch this morning on the 2/8/22 at 11.59am. The black guy in the braids l don't know if he was the manager he was very rude to me and unprofessional and should be sacked. I will never go back in that Store again.I am going to make a complaint also
