I’ve been truly impressed with the professionalism and helpful attitude of everyone at Biscayne properties and specifically by Angela Shaw. Angela has been extremely helpful in both finding me a wonderful flat to rent and in addressing anything that i needed help with through my stay there, often going out of her way to assist with anything even on weekends. She has also helped friends of mine in their search for accommodation and has overall been extremely accommodating to our preferences and needs.

I walked into Biscayne with the hope they could provide me with an apartment asap. I had already tried other letting agents and there was waiting list upon waiting list. Toni greeted me and listened to what I wanted and within minutes had a selection of newly available properties for me to look at. That afternoon she sent me a video viewing of the apartment I inquired about. I liked the apartment and asked to secure it which she did instantly for me and kept me in the loop all the way through the process. I had said that I needed to move in sooner rather than later as was couch surfing at the time. Within a week it had been cleaned, everything put in place and I was given my keys. Very professional company, very friendly and supportive and always there to help if needed. I'm very happy with my new home.
