   What seemed to be nightmare of a sale turned into a beautiful dream when Mr. Pardeep Kandola got involved in the sale of my property. What was estimated at being between 16-20 weeks (with no chain) seemed like it was taking forever when we were 6, 7 months and still no talks of exchange due to issues on the other side. Frustration was high and when it was coming towards 9 months I had spoke to Mr. Pardeep Kandola who then I’d like to say diligently and single handed got in contact with the relevant people and copied me into everything. He was extremely thorough in pushing the final stages over the line and I’d like to thank him for his efforts and patience. Would recommend these guys and thanks again Pardeep will definitely be in touch again.

   Askews team of Mrs Parvinder Sanghera and Simran Sanghera professionally and successfully enabled the sale and purchase of my two homes. They efficiently and quietly moved the processes forward and in particular I found Simran very supportive with F2F meetings to discuss issues with the paperwork. The highlight on Moving Day was the calm and steady hand on the tiller by Carly Robinson, when things got somewhat tense. She was magnificent and stayed by my side all the way through to completion.    I used Askews as my solicitor for buying a house this summer (2022). They were excellent. Never had to chase them on for feedback / status updates. Everything was handled smoothly and they did extensive reviews of contracts and kept me in the loop whilst said reviews were going ahead. If I had a query they responded within a day usually and at most 2 days. They made the entire process as stress free as possible. Jane Ball was my solicitor and I am more than thankful to her for the very professional job she did.

   Just completed on the sale of a property, Askews legal were great in keeping me updated of milestone developments in the sales process and flexible when arranging times to meet in person. The review is 4 stars and not 5 as during my sale we ran into the issue of slow/unresponsive/uncooperative solicitors on the buyers side. I would have appreciated a more proactive approach in chasing this without me asking. Or if it was being actively followed up on, for myself to be informed without prompting.
