In particular I'd like to mention Hannah who has been truly amazing in her work with us, I never feel any cause of concern for the property because she is so excellent at what she does.    I have used Martin and co for several years as a BTL agent and recently for a property sale. Sad a letting agent I found the staff universally helpful and considerate. Everyone seems to know and understand the business and were both helpful when I needed help and wise when I needed information. All in all they calmly smoothed 20 years of troubled waters and made being a landlord far more tolerable. During the recent sale they were united as a team, all were kind, helpful, experienced and above all they were available. Early on they generated a lot of interest and even managed to get offers over the asking price. The sale went through successfully and the asking price was paid. I can recommend Martin and Co from my own experience.

   Hannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.

   My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. If you have a house to rent and you need a reliable estate agent, just go with Martin & Co!
