   Fantastic service, driver was polite and comversational, making the journey pleasant. Waited (small charge) and return journey not charged as returning to the area anyway. Very reasonably priced, particularly compared to some of the less scrupulous taxi firms in the area. Totally positive experience that didn't break the bank, great driver and cannot recommend Andrei and colleagues at Silverline highly enough. Many, many thanks.

   Booked a cab, driver then rang to say delayed (no fault of his). Must have got more delayed as he sent a subcontractor to get us. Rang later to book for return journey, no problems then. Would recommend as kept us uptodate and arranged a car even though it wasn't his and the delay was out of his control. I would use this company again, and would recommend. Polite, professional and helpful.

   This is a small, locally owned company run by people who really care. After my Dad had a stroke which left him unable to drive. I watched Rich (our driver, and also one of the owners) treat him with kindness, respect, and thoughtful, practical help. He took time, reassured my Dad that maintaining his independence was achievable, and the service was 100% responsive and reliable - even though we were slow and chaotic. Finding service providers you can trust is golden. Finding people willing to go the "extra mile" is everything. We're looking forward to many more experiences with this great company!

   Silverline were so helpful over our weekend stay in the area. We used them twice and both experiences were perfect. Friendly drivers and reasonable rates. One of the drivers recommended several places of interest in Wells and we had a great time visiting them - some fab hidden gems we would never have found on our own. Can’t recommend this company enough!

   The driver quite literally saved me and my mother from being stranded in Wells on one of the busiest nights of the year. Buses to Glastonbury were terminated here because of the carnival and we spent 2 hours wandering around in the dark trying to find some help so that I wouldn't end up spending the night on the streets. Managed to get hold of this taxi firm who gave me instructions where to find him away from road closures and picked us up along with another stranded passenger. Our driver was one the nicest people you could meet and helped us relaxed and cheered us up on our journey to Glastonbury. Highly recommended this lovely service
