Parents brought a sofa and chairs 10 months ago and the foam in seats has started to breakdown. They have called the shop multiple times but never get any answer. Very disappointing.

From going into the store to delivery. What an absolutely brilliant service from this friendly, officiant, professional and caring team. Bought two Olivia Farnando Granite sofas back in mid July. Told how it would be delivered, and rough dates for delivery and collection of old sofa. Rate very highly!!
