   Really bad Agency!!! Everyone who works in this Agency are not trusted. We passed on all paper works and credit check, and they said need to do something on the house before we can move in. I said no problem we can wait a few days, but we had to wait 2 weeks and they still didn't ring us with any information!!! Now at 4 weeks, I went to the Agency and asked whats going on now, and they said no information, and said they will ring me if the Landlord contacts them!! After 20 mins the Agency rang me and said, someone else got the house!!! WHAT, AND HOW!!?? They wasted our time and my wife is completely depressed, because now we got 7 days to find another house with 3 childrens or move to the street. Thank you WHITEGATES MIRFIELD!!!

   Terrible experience with Whitegate – complete disregard for customers If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent days trying to book a viewing for a property with Whitegate. I called multiple times, sent emails, and was repeatedly given empty promises: “we’ll get back to you,” “we’ll check with the person in charge,” “we’ll contact you soon” – but they never did. After three days of this nonsense, I finally told them I would go to their office in person. Miraculously, they were then able to schedule a viewing for the following day. But it didn’t end there. Just an hour before the scheduled viewing, I received a message saying the property had just been rented to someone else. This is not just unprofessional—it is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and patience. It felt as if I was begging for a favour, when in reality, I was a serious potential tenant ready to do business. If the property market were even slightly more competitive, agencies like this wouldn’t stand a chance. If you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

   I highly recommend whitegates, they literally took the hassle out of what was for us as a family a difficult sale, property belonging to our late mum. They were really responsive and helpful and liaised on our behalf. Oli was always quick to answer any questions and the office staff were equally as helpful and professional. After not selling a property in decades, things have definitely changed but they guided us through the process well. Thank you to everyone there!!

   It's a few years late but better late than never. I used Whitegates Mirfield, to assist me with renting and eventually selling my home. The service they gave was above and beyond. I was living abroad at the time which meant I was unable to be on hand to deal with situations as they arose and it was incredibly reassuring to know that Ollie and Chris were taking care of things for me. I could really trust them and they proved time and time again that they had my best interests at heart at all times. They seemed to me to genuinely care about me as a customer and a person. In some challenging circumstances Olly remained professional and went above and beyond to ensure the chain did not collapse. Olly had the determination and experience to solve all the obstacles put in front of us.    I went to Whitegates after checking all the other agents in the area; I was so glad I did as I had definitely made the right choice. From the first time I meet all the staff, Olly the Manager Chris, Tracy and Gill I was treated as though I was special and all my questions and concerns were answered. They did all the linking between the Solicitors the Auction site and mortgage provider which imposed extra work for all the staff.
