Sucks been there over a month been complaining that the door is broken and a struggle to open every time and nothing has been done Door code was changed and we were not notified like everyone else so me and my 2 year old were stuck outside it took 3 hours for someone to finally get the code to me to get in the main doors
I was sent a move in date for the 6th of July , the day before the move in day I get told that the electrical certificate of the flat needs completing and i was unable to move in. It was bad news to hear as we didnt have any other arrangements as we was supposedly going to move in on the 6th as this wad our move in date. I was then told that they would book an electrician "linden electrical " for the following Monday. Then would you believe it or not on the Monday he rang me and said sorry I got the dates mixed up its Tuesday. Then Tuesday came I got another call and he then said the same thing he'll come on Wednesday... Wednesday I got a call and he told me "sorry there's no one coming in today and we do not know when they will come in". After that i withdraw my application. Pretty much messed me about for over a week, terrible service. If I was told earlier that they didn't have the certificate ready I would've withdrawn my application !!!! But nooooo they messed me about for over a week ! Just hope this didn't happen to anyone else and if your looking to stay here in the future good luck........
Walls are like paper thin, can hear people around, people playing loud music, baning doors late at night very bad sound proofing
I was charged £150 for a checkout clean even though I left the place clean and tidy
I have stayed in this apartment for almost 2 years. This is a very good place to stay and I should say that the Agency Who looks after this apartment maintenance are very nice people. If we have any issues they used to sort it out ASAP. If you are looking for any Studio Apartment for reasonable price in halifax I recommend this place.
Appartment 207 This appartment has no blind at the bedroom window and the heat is unbearable, people can see us sleeping. Contacted the owner but nobody has arrived to fix it. My husband has had to tape bin bags to the window to try and block out some of the light so we can sleep and have some privacy. Very poor customer service.
