   This is the first google review I have ever posted, but I felt the need as we received great service from Fred from the moment we entered their showroom, and we were surprised at how much stock of the Burlington bathroom suites we were able to view as it looks a little niche. Fred was very knowledgeable and followed up with our requirements in good time. Jo was also very helpful with the administration and kept us up to date with the supply and invoicing. The delivery driver was very patient and accommodated our requirements so we cannot fault the whole experience, the product looks fantastic and we cannot wait for it to be fitted!    We have just had our En Suite/washroom refurbished and have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. The service, quality of workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. I have nothing but admiration for the skill and diligence they go about their work. A special thank you to Tom for looking after Maggie during the work, took all the worry away from us. Thank you so much to James and all the team who made this such a rewarding experience.

   James the owner is a lovely guy who can talk about his projects all day long, but once you’ve paid your deposit the narrative changes. Suddenly everything is an inconvenience and once the order is secured they have no real interest in completing the work to a high standard. Everything is over budget (I had two separate jobs from them, a bathroom and a kitchen, combined to over £30,000) and there’s not a single aspect that I’m happy with really. The snagging list was only attempted after I refused to pay the final instalment and happy chappy James came to do it and made me feel that I was out of order for wanting the job finishing properly. He was no longer in the slightest bit interested in customer satisfaction. I was glad when the work was partially done and didn’t even follow up on a lot of the issues as it felt like I was being a huge inconvenience. We parted ways and I was happy with that aspect. I’ve never written a review for anything previously, but three years after my kitchen was finished, the tap that had been fitted and supplied corroded and broke. I tried on multiple occasions to enquire if this was the standard that I should expect and they haven’t even bothered replying. There is a kitchen. I’m not proud of it and for the money that I was charged I would expect a better quality of finish and customer support. There’s absolutely no way I would recommend this company and I’d steer well clear if I was you.

   We had James and the team build an extension and remodel the kitchen. I can honestly say that the end result has exceeded our expectations, we are delighted. The team listened to what we envisioned and adapted their ideas so that our vision was achieved. The quality of work and the finish is exceptional but, more importantly, the team who worked on it were outstanding. Every one of James’ team were professional, friendly and adaptable, which, given that the work was ongoing through lockdown, was impressive. This is the second project we have had done by James and we will probably use him for the next one.
