   The staff I interacted with throughout my rental journey were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help me with my situation, making recommendations for properties and explaining processes clearly. The offices were easy to contact, simple to find and visit, and beautifully furnished. It may sound like I'm gushing over how great Squarefoot are, but they've honestly not put a foot wrong (pun intended) during my whole journey of looking for a property to moving in. I would highly recommend.

   Had a chance to move in the rental property managed by Squarefoot lettings and it has been pure delight experience. On day 1 of contacting them, we got Ieva assigned as a dedicated property manager - our personalized one stop solution for all the move in / rental needs wrt the said property. Ieva has been great and we found Ieva as a warm, friendly and thorough professional in her dealings. All the related documentation done by Squarefoot is detailed and Ieva walked us through all the processes, contract details. Her patient and calm nature helped us go through the detailed documentation with ease and Ieva continues to help even after moving into the said rental apartment.    Very helpful from the beginning. Called me to view the property and had me booked in for a viewing within a couple of days. Very helpful with the move in process making it as easy as possible. Alex is a massive help and very easy to talk to. Alex is also a walking book of knowledge when it comes to anything related to the world of renting so youre in safe hands. I would highly recommend this letting agency to anyone.

The flat I entered a year ago was immaculately cleaned which meant that I could settle in immediately. The property was well maintained and any issues that appeared were resolved the same day. The most important thing about Squarefoot Apartments is the friendly staff and respectful customer service. When you enter the office you are guaranteed to be greeted with a smile, offered coffee or tea if you are to sign a contract and stay for a bit longer and have a casual and supportive conversation.    Our experience with Squarefoot Apartment (Bradford - BD1) has been very good from start to the end. They have been very helpful, supportive and informative. Without their help, it would be really difficult to find a suitable place for our family during the winter time. We started our email exchange while we are abroad with Claire and finished all the paper work with Alex. At each step, Alex has been very quick to reply our emails and calls with helpful and important information. We also thank whole team in the office who has been very kind to our children.
