Awful company. Tried to view a house multiple times. Canceled each time. Christiene never answers the phone. Awful attitude
No notice given, we were long term tenants and kindly allowed our poorly landlord his house back. Christine changed the locks illegally so we could not get our access to the remaining belongings from the house
Tennents for over 5 years. Came home one day to locks changed. No notice given. Seems like Christiene has a habit of doing this as company's house shows she has had a few letting company's with similar reviews.
Don't trust this company! Everything was fine when we were renting, but once we tried to move out everything went haywire. Tried to get us to pay money we didn't owe in exchange for a recommendation for another property. Luckily with the new estate agent's help we eventually sorted everything out - after months of stress and frustration.
As the other review has stated. Been completely messed around, was told that they would be in contact but after waiting a few days without any contact we tried to get in touch with the agent for the apartment but it was impossible. Nobody knowing where she was some said holiday some said she'd just left the office. Because of this a new tenant is moving in and we have lost our chance. Considering we live next door to the apartment building in question. We will be ensuring they know all about that back cupboard ;) so thank you very much.
Stay away from this letting company. My partner & I have arranged 3 viewings on one property and each time, we have been canalled on an hour prior to the viewing time. This has resulted in 6 hours lost revenue from our business. I can only feel sorry for the people whose property we were trying to view because it has been sat empty for months and now we understand why. Both my partner and I would have taken immediate let on the property however because of this incompetent, unprofessional letting agency we haven't been able to view it.
