Really easy process - booked the day before and they confirmed a driver within a couple of hours. On the morning our driver Joseph was punctual, called me to let me know he was outside, friendly, polite and, most importantly, got us to Heathrow safely. It's helpful to know, they are not a taxi firm , they are a national taxi journey broker. You input your journey and pay the price online, then you wait. Behind the scenes they get local drivers to bid for your job and it could take up to a day, then they pick the lowest price and send you a confirmation email with the drivers phone number. Despite the bidding process you don't get a cheaper price to what you already paid. I've used these guys three times. First time, I got an email saying they had booked by journey incorrectly in their system and it had to be cancelled and refunded and I would need to rebook. Second time I booked online for same day travel in Peckforton, they took payment but I didn't realise it takes them up to a day or so to actually find a driver so an hour or two later, they still had not found a driver so I cancelled. Third time, a year later, I booked them in Aberdeen for two journeys. They took payment immediately on booking online but 6-8 hours later the journey wasn't confirmed and it was now late night with travel in the morning. I messaged online and got vague replies that the journey wasn't confirmed until I got the confirmation email (even though they took payment ) and it would be confirmed as soon as possible . I said if it wasn't confirmed in a timely manner I would do a charge back . they confirmed the journey within a hour. I got a confirmation email with driver phone number and an sms when he was on the way. I needed to travel earlier on one journey and change destination and it was easy and quick to contact them via the chat and they sorted it all out. Both these journeys were pleasant , prompt with local drivers who knew the area . it's not the cheapest service but I would use again and try to book a week in advance. online chat and booking is very responsive and easy
Smooth and Reliable Airport Transfer I used Onward’s service to travel with my wife to Heathrow Airport. I made the booking directly through their website, including the use of their vehicle selection tool, which was especially helpful given that we had more luggage than usual. Everything ran smoothly. The driver was punctual, courteous, and highly professional. I recommend Onward’s service without hesitation.
Used O T S three times now for airport journeys and every time have had a positive experience. Drivers are friendly, efficient, give clear instructions on meeting points and always there when you arrive. Will definitely be using again.
Honestly would give zero stars if I can. Arrived at Gatwick and had to get a flight at Heathrow. Booked a Meet and Greet service. After my flight was late, when I arrived at the terminal - no driver in flight. I had to get an Uber instead to insure I still make my flight in time. After complaining, it turns out my driver was late and only tried calling me after arriving, long after I left. No refund paid, cause its my fault. Would not recommend
We used a people carrier for 5 persons plus luggage. The driver was on time at the correct location and got us to the airport in time for our flight. He was courteous and polite and assisted with the luggage. The usual 5 star service I’ve come to expect. Thank you.
Have used them about 10 times in last month and been very good - easy to book online system, good options and good prices. Only minor negative (hence not 5 stars) is that they charge extra one hour after flight lands, even when I asked for it to be 90 minutes, as the people are emigrating to UK and might take longer to get through passport control. This was not accepted.
I have an important message to company. Please, consider what you are doing you are one of the cheaper companies in England I am good news and very bad news the good news is that you have a lot of work to do because you are the cheapest and the bad news is drivers are leaving work Well, after rebounding the cost of fuel and ticket insurance and comission 20% there is practically nothing left there are five drivers left in my company in other companies a lot of my friends quit their jobs completely people are leaving and changing industries it is inconceivable that the driver would not be able to support himself . Please take my message seriously because in a few months there will be no one to work for you then it will be too late because people are leaving . Remember that without drivers you will not earn money . Letters will also be sent to the director , management of the OTS company Shane Roach and Nigel Peter Beer they will receive letters to their home address my advice you must raise the prices
