    From a 10 minute phone call I would not recommend. The person I spoke to came across as very uncaring & unsympathetic in what is an incredibly challenging situation. I felt dismissed & like my experience was being invalidated. I’m disappointed as I was hopeful that this phone call might be a step forward, but after the call, I wouldn’t trust them to take on the case. It felt more like a money grab, rather than a professional explanation of what services could be provided.

    My wife’s visa didn’t get approved for 6 months, should have take less than 8 weeks. They kept her passport for some unknown reason. Blamed Covid and an “IT glitch” for their own incompetence. No one can give a straight answer. Immigration service in this country is a shambles.
