Absolute rubbish solicitor's sent files over. Waited over a week for a reply. We had to call them to find out why nobody had contacted us? We were never advised of any appointments, you would have to answer the phone to give us that information or even an email‽ After ringing the office on several occasions including the calls not answered to be told they will call you back? Again called back to find out why nobody had called us back to be told in a rude tone by a receptionist they have gone on holiday for a few weeks. Not even an apology for not returning any calls made. Terrible at responding and lacking in communication. We have spoken to another company who clearly stated send the files for us to read and we'll set up an appointment, it's so easy and that's exactly what happened!!.
