    Booked a taxi to take us in to bristol from nailsea and they didnt turn up. When we rang to chase they couldnt find the driver and offered no alternative. Terrible service. Do not use.

    Ordered a cab from DoubleTree Hilton, complete no show, told someone arrived and left without visiting reception or calling to ask. We were sat in reception 10 minutes prior to pick up time. Left completely stranded, no urgency for another cab meaning we had to run through Yatton with suitcases and backpacks to catch our train, with only minutes to spare.

    DO NOT USE! We attended a family wedding in Nailsea, we pre booked a number of days prior. On the day only 1 hour prior to our booking at 11:30pm we received a text message cancellation. On ringing no one answered the phone we were just sent round and round their phone system. This left 9 people stranded, 3 of which were OAPs with no transport and no reasonable notice to be able to sort out an alternative. If you couldn't honour the booking you should not have committed to it. Totally rubbish service I would never use you or recommend you again!

    couple of days ago we pre-booked taxi for 1:00 today, confirmed this morning. At 1:10 they said 30seconds out, at 1:15 they said cancelled because nobody answered the phone (none received), then they had the wrong number and those people cancelled; WHAT? missed train, £75 lost but not their fault!?

    The rudest man works in the office/phone. Our taxi was 20 mins late, I called to ask where it was and whether we would get any money off. He was rude and told me absolutely not, they are low on drivers and it wasn’t his fault. I explained that wasn’t my fault either and he continued to shout that the taxi was full price. If the taxi didn’t then pull up next to me I would have booked with someone else.

    Mistakenly booked a taxi through the taxi code web site for County Cars. I was charged 34.00 GBP for a 25 GBP fare plus credit card charge plus sms confirmation (that you don't receive). Called County Cars the same day to confirm the charges, they stated that I had booked through a "taxi aggregator" and they were their charges. They obliged by cancelling the booking and let me rebook directly with them just for the 25 GBP cab fare. Taxi Code then debited 34 GBP from my bank account and because of the cancellation only refunded 5 GBP. Reading their terms and conditions they take 60% of the amount as I cancelled within a 30 day period! who books a cab 30 days out! Called County Cars to let them know this could hurt their brand and let them know the scam being operated by Taxi Code and their response was "contact Taxi Code". Got the impression they really couldn't give a damn!

    Booked taxi for 2pm. At 2.10, called to ask where taxi was and was told it would be five minutes. Called after another ten minutes and was told this was all the fault of the previous customer for holding up the taxi. No apology and a manner that implied I was causing them trouble by calling. Taxi finally arrived 27 minutes late. No apology from driver. He blamed it on 'technology.' Won't be using them again.
