Booked in to get deed poll form sworn charged me £30 and was going to try and charge more(standard charge is £5 I have learnt from speaking to another firm who said it disgusting he charged that much )..didn’t have clue what he was doing ended up costing me more money because of his Incompetence..would not recommend at all

Never has a professional person spoken to me in the manner they did. The lack of customer service received was shockingly poor when dealing with Gwyn. He was patronising, rude and made several irrelevant comments and clearly did not have my best interests. I do not recommend unless you are happy for them to speak to you like your worthless. I was forced to change solicitors mid way which could have been avoided. I asked Nadeem if be could solely deal with me, but he said no, Gwyn would have to assist even though i raised a complaint against him and outlined my concerns! Totally incompetent. AVOID
They treated me and my family like we were dogs! The boss deleted my mothers original review after she confronted him! Shows how much of a coniving immature stupid man NADEEM is
