   JI estates have been great on my recent property sale. An accurate initial valuation, great photos / video tour were created and the property was marketed well. Viewings booked in within a couple of days of the advert going live! From the viewings arranged I received multiple offers! Steven and his team provided regular updates both via WhatsApp / phone calls and supported by chasing all parties in the chain to ensure the sale completed. Would definitely recommend using JI Estates!

   !!Exceptional Service!! Well where do I begin. Chris and Lauren have just been phenomenal to us. They made buying a home easy, smooth and calm. I could not thank them enough for helping us sort out our mortgage and making it a stress-free process. Chris was able to keep me well informed and ensuring we were given all the information. They helped arrange an excellent mortgage with a stellar rate. They then went out of their way to ensure they kept themselves availble for advice and questions. They insured that we weren't kept in the grey. They arranged a quality home insurance, compliant with the mortgage within the hour, which was such a relief. They really did try and find solutions to any situation and went out of their ways to ensure customer satisfaction.    I highly recommend JI Estates. We have recently completed our house sale. JI Estates have been excellent from start to finish. Steve and his team are very professional and have been very supportive too over the sale which has had it's fair share of ups and downs! We no longer live locally which has made the process more difficult for us but nothing has been too much trouble. Steve's first class service has gone above and beyond to help us, which we have really appreciated. His local knowledge and expertise has been invaluable and helped us through the process.
