Spoke to the pharmacist. Great patient care and time spent listening and advising on my medication. Felt very comfortable. Reception could be a little more friendly. Otherwise great surgery.

I’ve been coming to this practice for nearly 20 years, and it’s always been a place where I’ve felt genuinely cared for — not just by the GPs, but by the reception and nursing teams too. I want to especially mention Dr Boughellam and Dr Ahmad, who have supported my family through some incredibly difficult times, including serious illnesses and loss. Their compassion, patience, and thoroughness have meant so much to us. They’re the kind of doctors who really listen and go the extra mile to make sure you feel understood and looked after. I always leave their care feeling reassured and confident we’re in the best hands.

This practice has been excellent in providing care and support to me and my family. Practice Nurses through to GP's take concerns and worries seriously and apply compassion and honesty to their communication with you. So grateful to have such a resource supporting the health needs of my family.

Having a discussion with friends and colleagues at work and I must say… I'm consistently impressed by the helpful and polite staff at this surgery. My whole family are registered here, and we've all been thoroughly satisfied with the service. It's not easy to find a great doctor's practice, we feel incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team looking after us. Huge thanks to everyone!"

Just recently joined the surgery for myself and my grandma. She has been poorly called the surgery arranged a home visit dr Ahmed came and saw her and I can honestly say how amazing he was. Very reassuring and caring. The reception staff are amazing too. Thank you for restoring our faith in GPs. Best move we made joining this surgery.

The GPs and nurses are fantastic, however the reception staff really let the place down. They come across rude and cold. When querying anything with them you are made to feel like a nuisance. The lady I spoke to could not be bothered to go and clarify details of an appointment for me. I had to explain what the appointments were for in a room full of waiting patients!!! It was so embarassing. When a quick call to the GP would have resolved the matter in seconds.

Came in recently for a health check as I turned 40. One, I had no idea such a thing exists I only found out through a friend who’s doctor/surgery called her to make an appointment so quite disappointed this wasn’t done. Secondly the lady who completed it wasn’t friendly at all. So formal, no hello how are you ? She didn’t even explain to me what she was doing took my bloods weighed me did my blood pressure and off I go, she said I will be contacted regarding joining a gym for free this was 2 months ago and never had the call. She just wasn’t friendly at all and made me feel uncomfortable.

All my family are registered at this practice for many years, I just wanted to say I am very grateful of all the admin staff and clinicians, specially Dr Ahmed who has been very professional, caring and helpful, for my elderly mother in law, just want to say thanks you.

Firstly the Doctors here are really good. My issue is with the office team. I received a call less than 24 hours before my 3 year olds flu vaccine appointment to say due to sickness they need to cancel. The next appointment they had was in one month's time! Bearing in mind I've made arrangements to take my son out of nursery and organised time off work for this - I'm absolutely angry! The lady that called had no sympathy (like many of the office staff). I said I'll unable to bring him in a month as I'm out of the country. I've looked on the NHS website and I can only arrange this at a GP surgery and unable to take my child to a pharmacist or the hospital for it! Absolute joke! The surgery has done what's easier for them and rather than trying to adjust pending appointments over the next couple of weeks to accommodate tomorrow's cancellations, they've just offered the next available one as if we're make a new appointment. To delay a 3 year old flu vaccine by atleast a month with the winter weather already present is appalling. I've no choice but to wait for more dates to be released for December before I can make an appointment. What ever happened to prioritising children and the elderly! I hope the Practice Manager reads this and contacts me! This is simply ridiculous!

Used to be great when Dr Bentley was still there. Don’t know if he is anymore but his name doesn’t show up. Recently though the service has been abysmal. Misdiagnosed for a knee issue TWICE and was in pain for two years. Was told that I just needed to let it “repair itself”. I luckily made friends with a physiotherapist who told me I needed physio. 3 session later and voila I’m healed. Apart from this situation however, the advice and help has been satisfactory. However, the number one problem at this surgery isn’t WHEN you get there. It is IF you get there. Booking an appointment is a joke, the staff are rude and unhelpful. If you don’t like the job just leave. You can be waiting for 40mins to 1hour only to be told that there are no appointment. And then to be told that they don’t do advance bookings is a further slap on the face. I know that the job isn’t easy and it is incredibly demanding but that does not allow you to be rude. People who are calling up are worried about their health and need reassuring that they are going to get the help they need. Not be treated like they are not worth the receptionists time. This surgery needs an upgrade in their booking system (phone and online) and also needs to train their receptionists. Better yet, perhaps just get new ones.
