   The taxi is filthy, the driver is arrogant and rude we pre booked a week ahead for a drop off and pick up, as many other people have said, did the drop off OK, then sprang it on us he couldn't pick us up. We were then stranded 8 miles from our holiday accommodation on our wedding anniversary in the pouring rain. Cheers for that mate!!! The guy is also a terrible driver, shouldn't have a license. There is also no meter in the taxi, so he just makes the charge up...weird and horrible experience. Avoid!

   I’ve booked Dave regularly for the last year at least once or more a week. He’s always early for pickup and will often run me to extra stops on the drive without upping the rate. His rates are the best in the area anyway and he’s just a genuinely nice bloke who never lets me down. He will always come right over if I need a lift to the shops and he’s lived in the area his whole life and has some great stories.

   Taxi booked a week prior to required date for evening drop off and pick up in Cheddar. On our way into Cheddar we were informed that he couldn’t pick us up at 9 30 as booked as he had a job between 9 and 10. He told us we could go to a pub and wait!! We chose 8 30 pick up, which meant that our meal was rushed. ( we were unlikely to get another taxi without a booking, so couldn’t risk cancelling and not getting back to our accommodation) As mentioned in other reviews, I was accused of slamming the door! ( I didn’t) Avoid this business, it ruined our evening out. Rude and arrogant driver.

   Really bad customer service, rude & aggressive, told us off for slamming the doors, turned up 5 mins early then got angry as we were not early and did g phone to say. I asked what his price was one way £15 he failed to tell us it would be more on the return £20 @8:30pm as it was later. Car smelt of cigarettes. Avoid unless you want an arguement

   Couldn’t even book a taxi because he refused to take a 6 month old puppy in his car even though we suggested he could sit in the footwell. You would expect a taxi firm in the countryside to take dogs.

   Not even worth the minimum One Star. Made several calls to confirm the booking. Clarified the booking and clarity around pickup. At the time in need we were left stranded at the Airport. Phone just kept going to voice mail. Driver knew it was for children returning from holiday in the early hours. Despicable service.

   Downright rude. Moaned as soon as we got in saying we slammed the doors. No seat belts worn by driver.. dirty taxi..smelled of cigarettes, no good for my asthmatic daughter or husband! Asked if we could get a return back 1.2 miles away and after 9.45pm would be inconvenient due to football.. no words

   DISGRACEFUL. Rang and arranged a 12.30 pick up from Tor Farm into Cheddar. No show. Rang at 12.40 said he was doing an urgent job in Bristol! I said you could have rang .... he said I don't ring anyone.!!!!! So my friend had to drive and not drink for her birthday lunch. Cheer for that. His number was in the guest book. Asking owners to remove. Wish I had read reviews.

   He was late picking us up. After calling he took us to to the pub for our meal. We asked if he was available to pick us back up. He agreed to pick us up. When the time came he did not answer after several attempts. It was late, the pub was due to close and it was absolutely pouring down. It was a twenty minute walk home down dark tracks. What if that was an elderly couple or a less able person. We are absolutely soaked through and uncomfortable after a meal and drinks. Absolutely not good enough. AVOID!!
