   There are not enough words to describe the service and quality provided by Roy and his son at Blakes Bedrooms Ltd, it is evident they are specialists with many years of expertise in this field, combined with a customer centric approach. Having had a negative experience with Sharps, who were rude and had to be escorted out of my house (and would have no doubt charged 3x the price), followed by an independent joiner (who had quite the list of impractical requirements including the removal of all carpets), I was initially reluctant to engage with yet another wardrobe specialist. Roy soon put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable placing my custom with his company and he was delightful to have working in our family home. Our daughter’s bedroom had an existing wardrobe system from the 70s and houses our boiler, which is a very awkward space to work with. Roy removed the system as part of his quote, and made it a practical and functional space, finished beautifully in our desired pink colourway with brass handles. Additionally, we were working to a very tight timeline due to an impending arrival. Roy managed to have the work completed in both bedrooms from initial consult to installation within 3 weeks, which is unbelievable and very much appreciated. Take it from me, I’ve wasted time doing the rounds. Do not go anywhere else - you won’t regret it. We can’t thank you enough for being so trustworthy and transforming our home in time for our next chapter. ✨ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

   Fantastic service from start to finish, design and installation of utility room and kitchen, with advice and recommendations on materials, and solutions for any challenges identified. Also a careful rip out of the old kitchen to allow it to be sold. Highly recommend the company and the skilled trades people used throughout the job. Will definitely use again.

   Above & Beyond!!!! Absolutely outstanding service from Roy once again. Wouldn't have anyone else. Roy made & supplied our fitted wardrobes and Liam fitted them to a very high standard. Both of them are the most friendliest men you will ever meet. Can't recommend both of their companies enough. If you want reasonable prices, excellent workmanship and trustworthy companies then these are your guys. Thank you for everything Roy & Liam.

   We were very pleased with our new kitchen when Roy and his team fitted it four years ago. He's a great guy to deal with, and is good at what he does: we'd recommend him to anyone. More impressive still is how he dealt with a recent problem which developed with products from one of his suppliers, through no fault of his own. Without any hesitation or argument, Roy obtained the warranty replacements and spent a half day of his own time fitting them. He was even cheerful and amicable whilst he did it! I know that we had a right to expect this, but I'm sure that plenty of other firms would have resisted this responsibility. To my mind, it's how they respond to problems that sets a company above others. Thanks again Roy.
