   We are so glad we went with Owen Williams for our kitchen. The quality and workmanship is absolutely fantastic. Paul, the showroom manager, was very helpful on our first visit. David, the plasterer, and Dan the kitchen fitter are both very polite, professional and kept everything tidy. We were given a schedule for the kitchen that was kept to 100%. Wow.    Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.

   We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional.    Absolutely love our new masterclass kitchen. From the initial consultation with Paul who has excellent design ideas so helpful and made us feel very at ease. Owen came out many times before the fit to ensure everything went smoothly you and we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Daniel who fitted our kitchen is a very skilled and professional kitchen fitter. His work is meticulous very professional and hard working. We can highly recommend Owen And all his team.    If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! The whole Owen Williams team work brilliantly together, they have been an absolute joy and I will miss being in contact with them. THANK YOU FOR OUR DREAM KITCHEN.....Steve and Jacqui

   From the minute we contacted Owen Williams Kitchens we were impressed with their customer focussed approach; nothing is too much trouble and they were keen to ensure the design was right for us. At the same time they were accommodating of our multiple design changes and worked with us as every stage to ensure the finished design was what we wanted, offering great suggestions throughout - Paul and Owen are a fantastic team. The installation team were equally amazing - Dan's attention to detail in fitting was second to none and we also highly recommend Dave for the building work he did for us beforehand to prepare a large kitchen space. We had a couple of very minor issues after installation which Owen was very quick to resolve - again a good sign of a company who really cares! We would definitely recommend.
