   I’m shocked to have just found out for the last 2 years that this shop has been shaving my wired haired dog instead of hand stripping her. Which I have to pay extra for and wait longer for a qualified groomer to actually do it. I’ve always left a tip for them. I’m not happy about this at all as now my dogs hair won’t grow back how it’s meant to!!!

   I’ve been taking my tiny dog Harvey to creatures great and small since he was a puppy and he’s now 10 years old. The staff are courteous and friendly. They always check what you require for your dog before he goes for his grooming. They listen and take notice and I would really highly recommend them.

   Our labradoodle Max had his first visit today. He was booked in with Ella and she has done an amazing job. Max is smelling and looking lovely and the best cut he's had (11 yr old, so he's had a few) Will definitely be booking with Ella again, thank you ☺️

   M very happy with my two dogs grooms today I have two shih tzus one 5 years one 10 months the younger one was matted was due to both be at the Brentwood shop today but one sick groomer meant I was swapped to Billericay both dogs are perfect and they dealt with my boy (matted one ) so well and he came out so happy ! Above and beyond helpful will not go anywhere else ! Thank you for a great experience

   We took Chewy and Wicket for a haircut etc When my wife brought the dogs back I was very disappointed with the cuts. Chewy has a tail that looks more like a toilet brush. The cut around his face and legs are so uneven like an almost naked patch appeared . Wicket is not as bad but poorly cut around his head and legs. My daughter comes home tomorrow, 2nd April, from holiday and she will not be happy. I am so angry I can't talk to the shop! Sorry the photos are not good.

   I have been bringing my two Pomeranian’s Coco & Lexi here for some time and we love it! All the staff are great, but for grooming Lorna is the best! Pomeranian’s have difficult & fluffy coats, and she really cuts them beautiful. We always leave happy & pleased and Coco & Lexi gets loads of compliments! :) I love your shop as well, always a wide variety of toys & treats! Thank you Lorna & all staff members!

   I’ve taken both my dogs to creatures great and small for their grooming. In total over 15 years. What wonderful staff, who obviously love our precious family pets. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My Shiz Zu, Boe has a number of health issues but the wonder that is Jenny always takes such care with her. And the lovely assistant who serves and takes booking is always delightful.
