Absolutely crap, don’t use them. They are not true to their words and will let you down every time. Very problematic and unprofessional. Don’t know how to talk to the customers. I would strongly recommend to avoid them. Thanks
Had a delivery , and the 18 ton lorry which delivered it ruined the grass borders along my drive after telling them nothing bigger than a 7-5 ton lorry should be used . I rang to complain and eventually spoke to the manager (Amy ) wouldn’t give her surname who constantly said their was no restrictions on my private , which some how gives them the right to destroy my grass verge . She told me to go back to the company I purchased my item from even though they didn’t deliver it, unbelievable. Would not use or recommend this company

Fantastic haulage firm. We switched to Safe Transport & TPN after 3 years of underwhelming service from David Hathaway/Kinaxia Group. We send on average 15 pallets P.W through the network, and I honestly can't think of a single failed delivery in the last 3 months. If there is a problem, the team at Safe are all over it before we've been informed by our customers. Gone are the hours wasted of us chasing deliveries and having no visibility of what's happening with our moving goods - Safe/TPN give us full visibility of all pallets in transit. I honestly didn't know haulage could be this reliable! Very friendly drivers, fantastic support from the office and management team, great feedback from our customers. If you're struggling with your current haulier - look no further than Safe. When given a date for delivery of our garden patio furniture set. We had a phone call to advise and confirm the delivery day which was followed up by three or four calls on the day to keep us informed of the expected delivery time. We were very pleased with how it all ran and it arrived exactly on time. The driver was very courteous and helpful with unloading the goods. Altogether veryefficient.
Company contacted me with day and time of delivery a few days before I received my package. I'm happy to say it arrived as promised. Driver was very helpful and chatty. (which does go a long way). Package was very well padded and secure. Also arrived in excellent condition.
I recently had a 500Kg consignment of turf delivered by Safe Transport and was highly impressed with all aspects of the delivery. Access to my property is not easy but the driver delivered to the door. Also, getting a very heavy and awkward load off the lorry proved difficult, but the driver persevered and was successful. Communication by the company was excellent and the delivery arrived on the day promised. All in all, excellent service.
When i received my pallet delivery from the company safe transport a couple of weeks ago, It was an amazing company to get a delivery through! When i ordered my Concrete Slabs i was worried about them getting damaged but they came in perfect condition. The driver took it off of the pallet for me also and put it on my drive-way as i was not home at the time and gave permission to leave it on my driveway and they done what i asked. Even when I had rang the company to get an ETA as they called it to get a time update for my delivery as i was at work they got it for me straight away and got back to me within a few minutes. It is definitely a 5***** service and I would recommend to my family and friends to go through them.
