   I personally have had no problems with JTT. John himself has delivered several times to my gym and has always been on the stated day. He's had to unload some really heavy and bulky equipment but always manages to get it off the lorry and even brings it into the gym via the roller shutter A consistently good company in my experience! Always been reliable and gives me a call if he forgets where I am or can't find the new unit. Thanks John & team

   John himself delivered my consignment. I live in a flat in a busy residents parking zone in Bristol but he still managed to get parked without obstructing anyone and helped me unload the goods off the pallet and into my front room even though it cost him extra time. He was a lovely, friendly man and could have easily left me to deal with the mess on my own. What a gem would 100% recommend based on my own experience. Thanks John ⭐️

   John himself delivered a pallet. Damaged neighbors gatepost. Denied it. Then said he’d send a builder up. Then when i chased him said he didn’t do it. Then said he’d split the cost with me. The neighbors had it fixed and sent the bill and he went back to saying he didn’t do it and to prove it. Refused to give his insurance details. Liar and a cheat. Even the freight company i use stopped using John thresher. If i could give zero stars i would

   Delivery driver stopped bang in the middle of Small St Bristol to do her delivery when there were loading bays at the bottom of the road (100 yards from where she parked, plus she had electric pump trucks so wouldn’t have struggled at all) no one could get past, the epitome of selfishness.

   These guys literally parked us in for no reason today. I kindly asked them to move the fork lift and the block of concrete they had put around our car (for parking in their space that was not labelled as thier space, something that none of the staff members told us when we parked there). The woman was very rude to me, didn’t accept that it was a misunderstanding on our part for parking there due to lack of signage, and refused to move. My husband and I had to move pallets of wood and manouvre the vehicle around a tiny space to get out. It was just pathetic of them to be honest and very rude. It doesn’t reflect well on your company. It’s sad what some people will do to feel a little bit powerful for a moment.

   The delivery driver was incredibly rude, knocked over plant pots destroying them, clearly couldn’t drive his vehicle well and didn’t offer any apology. I would strongly recommend not using this company. The woman on the phone wasn’t helpful at all and offered no solution to the problems caused. Don’t use.

   Delivered my goods on the wrong day without any notification. In turn, because I wasn't there to supervise my block paving and drains were damaged by the heavy load delivered. They offered no apology or resolve therefore I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket! I understand sticking up for your drivers. Unfortunately for you, your drivers have a distinct lack of morals and are liers. Sort it out l!
