   Called for a taxi at 1145pm, I only needed to go a short distance and they said they could not get me a taxi till 1220, I said "yep that's fine, no problem, thanks". Called them at half 12 just to check and see how long it was going to be. The company said, "you said not to bother so we didn't send one, that's fine means you don't want a taxi!" In what world does that's fine mean I don't want a taxi. I ended up walking home, albeit not far, it's not the point.

   Absolutely disgusting how they spoke to my disabled elderly mother down the phone. She has always used this company but never again. They even called her stupid and that she should learn to talk because they couldn't understand her. When you have had a stroke it effects your speech! Formal complaint being written to the council.

   So rude on the phone! Didn't identify themselves when answering the phone and when asked if a taxi would be available for the morning even though there was snow, the answer was really sarcastic and unwarranted.
