   I received an outstanding service from Alliance from their facility at Colchester General Hospital. I was offered an appointment at their MRI unit within two days of me being contacted by my GP so couldn’t have wished for a quicker response at what is a worrying time. All the staff who contacted me or who I met were efficient and friendly, and explained clearly what the procedure would involve and how I would be contacted with the results. Altogether an excellent service.

   Alliance Medical at West Middlesex hospital were very kind, compassionate and respectful during my visit, especially the admin ladies who chatted away and put my mind at rest. The medical team were also lovely, gave clear instructions during the procedure and offered me a blanket to stay warm.

   Awful company. Inept, unskilled, bullying management from top to bottom. Avoid working for this company unless you want severe stress & depression. Understaffing to dangerous levels & unskilled staff also add to the dangers of working everyday for this company. NHS, Inhealth & Ramsey offer far better careers.
