Called to enquire of availability for a scan. Responded to advise of where my injury is and how I did it. ‘Ram’ asked the same question - where is the injury?! I already said! Then after saying twice he said so have you Injured it?!! Very strange given I told him twice!!! Then wanted my address before providing me with any availability, asked why he wanted my address as not booked in yet, let alone even provided me with availability dates/times but the Leicester clinic good location for me.Ram then got very irate and said I best book elsewhere. Yes indeed I will, if he can’t have a basic conversation, then I have no trust he can do a comprehensive scan with accurate report! Ram then said if I leave a negative review he will sue me for defamation?!!!! Very odd. Hope all who reads considers before booking.
My second visit to Ram for a steroid injection into my ankle this time. He is an exceptionally talented man who is kind and attentive. This is the 2nd part of my treatment and it is the first time in 2 Yrs that I have been pain free. I would never go anywhere else now that Ram has managed my pain so succ essfully and as a retired nursing Sister I can recognise high quality treatment. Thank You. Debra
Ram was extremely kind and gave a very definite diagnosis, which is what I needed. He recommended that I continue with my planned NHS treatment which was very helpful as I was worried that something had been missed. I would certainly see him again if necessary and would recommend him to anyone who was concerned.
Ram administered 6 facet joint injections for my nerve pain from degenerated facet joints. So far my pain is almost 100% better and i have resumed normal activities. Ram was very personable and also got me in at less than 24 hours notice. I won’t hesitate to request the injections again when the pain returns
Initially came to Ram around a year ago for steroid injections in Mums knee as the pain was unbearable. He is now our preferred option and Mum wouldn't think of going anywhere else as he offers great care at an affordable price. During the procedure he explains everything and shows us what is happening where and offers help and advice for when we leave. Ram is always easily contactable and we never have to wait long for treatment which is a godsend. He always accommodates us in a downstairs room because of mobility issues and always at our preferred location. . I would 100% recommend
