Will be complaining to The hospital manager. I called to simply confirm an appointment and the lady on the other side picked up and immediately began yelling " were closed, go try somewhere else" . Ofcourse I was confused as the consultant booked this appointment himself and confirmed it via email. She didnt even let me finish and said " go try somewhere else" , "I dont know" and then whilst I was speaking she cut the call on me. Racism may be a concurrent theme at Nuffield Health Hospitals but this is unnecessary and unacceptable and I will be taking further action. We pay for these services Disgust is an understatement.
