I’ve been to this clinic around 8 times over the past few months, but unfortunately won’t be returning. They misplaced my details after a system update, despite my recent visits, and are now insisting I pay extra for another consultation. Very disappointing – feels more like greed than genuine care. They’ve lost a loyal customer.
I have been suffering with a lot of shoulder pain, so I booked to see Craig, and after a consultation he told me it was my neck not my shoulder, after a few visits and I now feel so much better, thank you Craig and Donna what a great team.

I've been coming here for about a year, friendly staff. The place is run by Craig and his wife, Donna - both are lovely. Convenient appointments too, as the earliest slot is at 7am so you can have an appointment before work.
I was recommended to come to the Ashleigh clinic by a family friend, I presented with severe sciatica and slipped discs after many failed attempts at the GP being put on different medication for a a couple of months and working in a GP practice I decided to give it a go and I have never looked back. I was in such a dark hole, not being able to walk, sit or lay down when I came here and now I’ve got my life back. After a few sessions with Craig he’s helped me so much get back to living my life again. He assessed my MRI and knew exactly what treatment I needed. Both Craig and Donna are so caring, helpful, genuine and full of knowledge. I’m so grateful I would recommend them to anyone needed physiotherapy.
Used to be the go to place in Leicester but now seems to be a semi retirement operation. Craig is a really nice guy but I been looking for a decent chiropractor since Nisha and Shane left this practise and I wasted quite a bit of cash trying to find one before I found one in Oadby. Website still states they have chiropractic services, they don’t anymore. For me, I wasted around £100 quid here after being persuaded I might not need a chiropractor ( I did) and now all sorted. If you need other pain management services then may still be worth considering given other user comments. Additional: Just read other reviews, it took nearly an hour to actually be seen after the appointment time so if you book a consultation, don’t plan for anything for immediately after the time you expect your visit will be complete.
Is one of the best physiotherapy and chiropractor that give good advice and puts things right to your health. I can highly recommend for anyone who have problems with back etc. Always book over the phone.
I’ve suffered from lower back pain for 20 years. Nothing helped. Scans, doctors, exercise, painkillers…. But since finding Craig at the Ashleigh clinic in Leicester three months ago, for the first time in 20 years I am going a whole week without pain. This is nothing short of miraculous - I’d driven up hope of ever being pain free. Craig suggested exercises, special insoles, traction and other treatments. I feel like. New person. I can’t thank Craig and Donna enough.
I have been attending the Asleigh clinic for about 4 years. I have MS, when I first arrived my balance was terrible, my walking was not good and my pain severe, i was taking 8 codeine tablets a day. Going to the ashleigh clinic has helped me immensely. I no longer have to hold on to keep my balance. I can walk unaided for short distances, I have stopped taking codeine, as my pain has been reduced. Craig has worked wonders for me his expertise is second to none. The exercises given are precise to your needs. Craig explains to you why they will work and how. So helpful. Craig has also helped me mentally, I've got more confidence, with positive feedback on my progression it makes you feel like you can do anything. With a warm and friendly clinic i could not recommend it more, it's by far the best treatment I've ever had. Thank you Craig for everything, Amazing.
