They let cars through without a queue! When I arrived, all the bay were occupied! But when a space became available, I waited, and other cars drove in!
Double standards , tallest individual in the office rude and unplleasant , they let own trucks skip the queue , tipping took 4 hours despite I arrived on time and should take 1hour.
Forget your booking time if you are loading a container because it's a first come first serve I had a booking time at 10:00 a.m. only to find five trucks in front of me waiting to load the same goods when I ask them about their loading time the answers varied from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. but they were still loaded before myself having said all that when I eventually got onto the loading bay I was loaded in 25 minutes and on my way
For HGV Drivers. Easy to find, good size yard to manoeuvre around. The best bit, treated like a human being, by great & friendly staff.
I couldn’t find on google maps but cox&cox is here too. Yard is a little bit small but okay.

A nice company with great staff. Quick tipping. The only bad thing is about location because if you will try to arrive here from M4 will be a nightmare to pass Bath. But using M3, A303, A36 and A361 will be fine.
