Gave one star only because I can’t write this if I didn’t give it, realistically it wouldn’t be any. After two times trying to get a call back, which I didn’t get . Then trying to book appointment several times. Having the phone cut off after waiting 15 minutes each time. Told by receptionist I will get a call back from the pharmacy, I call them hours later to be told , I had to bring the child out of her bed in the pouring rain , freezing cold to given antibiotics by pharmacists. Not the case with an online appointment with a GP, who had turned their phones off at 12 midday. I have to listen to a message about not being rude to the staff. Sent a email saying all week I’ve been trying to see a doctor , I’m not happy. I get a call to say GP will ring tomorrow. Waiting for assistance still after hours , I call again. They are not interested in seeing patients, children or otherwise. I will be complaining.

This service doesn't deserve even a single star. I'm completely fed up with the lack of appointments at Humberstone Medical Centre. Despite calling at 8 am or visiting in person, I haven't been able to secure an appointment for the past two years. It's unacceptable.

This is the worst doctors surgery in the UK!! The one star us for Dr Tincello and the nurses who are the only saving grace for this surgery. I have never been in a medical environment where I have been treated with such an uncaring attitude after a recent visit a doctor argued with me over my condition after expressing that i didnt have the condition even though my notes and previous diagnosis were there on my notes but just kept saying I will read yours but never did just dismissed my concerns discusting attitude!! As of today I have signed up to a new surgery and I suggest anyone thinking of joining here to seriously consider there options unless you enjoy being treated like a second rate citizen!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Been a patient here for 7 years now and no complaints. Everytime I've been for my blood tests or to meet the GP, the receptionist and staff are always friendly and helpful. We have to understand the hard work they out in for our health and safety and the compensation they get is minimal for that from the NHS. They still try their best and we're not even their family. Anyways, special shout out to Sharon Collins who usually takes out my blood. And at my most recent visit was assisted by Debi and Brijal and both were wonderful. Good luck to Brijal in the UK and with her job at the best medical centre in Leicester.

The lady at the reception is not helpful at all, acts like a headteacher to the walk in patients who comes in requesting for a repeat prescription. That lady needs to remember that she gets paid by our tax money and it’s not her dads company!

I know the line is so busy and it’s really a hard job to get an appointment but I’ve seen improvement since the reception team has changed a bit or maybe other staff or manager but there is improvement and they are a lot nicer than they used to be. They deserve to know that we would like them to keep improving

Dismissive GPs. My appointments always last less than 2 minutes and the most recent one was 1 minute if that. I no sooner sat down before being given a generic answer and ushered to the door. I was still talking when they walked over and opened the door. I stuttered in shock and just left in a daze. Just being told 'yeah that's normal don't worry about it'. This is the reason why people are reluctant to get their health checked out and why diagnosis are missed. And sadly this isn't the first time it's happened.

DISGRACEFUL service. Line always busy. No appointments and doctors are a teenage joke. Little kids can do better and run the clinic more professionally.

First impressions, I moved to this practice due to house move, simply cannot get through to surgery, as you have to call at 8am in the morning to get an appointment........when you call, you get put in the queue then get cut off, then when you get through, there's no appointments. Even to speak to a doctor, the call back system is another mission in itself, its all so time consuming and bothersome, especially when you're working and already struggling for time its all more hassle than its worth.
