  1. Discerning Consumer ★☆☆☆☆

I have never, ever in my life encountered a worst service. I say this without shame or guilt. When Dr Palfreeman was running the show and this was based at St Peter's I felt supported. But I don't know who's running this circus at the moment, I simply can't rely on this service. I have neuro-psychiatric conditions such as Autism and ADHD among others that cause me to sometimes make decisions that aren't good for me. I brought to the attention of the doctors and practitioners working here a particularly serious, worrying issue back in 2018, and since then nobody has made attempts to get me the support I needed to stay safe. As a result, I have been potentially at risk many, many times. And on my last consultation the person seeing me was basically so disinterested, until I confronted her about it by saying: So I've let your service know about this particular issue since 2018 and I've been unsupported since then. What if I am seriously hurt due to this negligence and affected for life? Her attention suddenly improved. She asked for a minute, she stepped outside, and then she returned 10 mins later saying she'd give me an instant appointment with a specialist consultant. Whenever I call this wretched service, I am lucky if I get through to someone. The call drops automatically after patronizing pre-recorded messages. And if I am "lucky" to get through, then that awful receptionist with the patronizing tone and chanel-style haircut won't take myt serious concerns into account. She has no idea about my health record and history. She doesn't care! She will assume stuff and just get rid of you. She acts like she knows everything and will fob you off, even if it means putting you in danger, she is troubled and so is this service. Hopefully my care will be delivered appropriately after this last visit, because otherwise they are going to be REALLY in trouble - lawsuit incoming. I have everything documented. And that includes recordings. Yep! I got tired of being denied proper care and recorded all the visits... I can show the negligence clearly. If I die due to NHS negligence, I have prepared a fat dossier that will be automatically released on the dark web where nobody can ever delete that data, it will shame every single individual that provided me poor care and better yet, they can't come after me when I'm dead! I have to authenticate every week to prevent this from being released... so they better make sure I'm breathing and well. It's not blackmail, it's enforcing my citizen rights to due care. I will not be forgotten by the system and let terrible people get paid to let me fall through the cracks. You all better be real nice and prompt regarding my care going forward. I mean from the reception staff up to the specialists. Don't mess with people who are paying their taxes and just trying to get treatment and live a decent life. People running this service need to be held accountable for the serious failings happening here and they will, I promise them. I know it must not be just me.
