Useless GP Surgery, if i could give it 0 stars i would. They dont care about ur health, they just want to get rid of u as soon as possible! rude staff and they always leave things until last minute. Do not come here!!!!

Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars else I would. No appointments ever available on the day, they offer for 2-3 weeks ahead advising you it isn’t an ‘emergency’ however this is a GP surgery?! If I had an emergency I would go to A&E and probably be seen quicker than here! If you do manage to get an appointment don’t expect it to run on time and be fobbed off by pretty much everyone there. Don’t understand how this surgery is still running it’s a shambles.

I've had really good experiences with appointments and felt I was being taken seriously whenever I had an appointment. I really appreciate the care I've had at this place. I had to move GPs recently because of location. The only possible issue is that booking an appointment was sometimes a hassle, where even if I followed every rule, a few times something went wrong and I'd have to call again the next day. But receptionists were respectful and I never felt patronised or rushed by them. They are carrying out a tough job.

Today I needed to attend the surgery and was fortunate enough to be seen by Aldo - what a refreshing experience it was to be seen by someone who clearly know's how to talk to his patients. I walked away feeling fully informed and confident in the treat plan discussed. This is a rare occurrence at this practice. There is a pattern at this practice; if you get a female GP, a locum or a trainee doctor your normally in excellent hands. Reception service is hit and miss, some reception staff seem more miserable than the patients they are treating - i'd love to provide a name but i think everyone knows who. Staff on the phone are normally very good and clearly know how to communicate well. The nurses are usually very friendly understand how to talk to people. It would be great if the surgery would provide a feedback system; you said, we did?

Absolutny awful receptionist. I have spoken with her twice this week and she is extremely rude and not helpful. Her name is Mubashshira not only that she has not manners and can’t say thank you or your welcome, she won’t let u speak on the phone and treat you like ( how dare did I call the surgery and asking for anything) I wonder how would she feel when she got health issues, worry and need help but someone would be treating her the same way how she treat others. Lack of compassion or any communication skills which should be absolutely priority in this kind of role. The nurses and doctors I have never experienced any problem but reception staff is a big let down to this surgery unfortunately !

Normally very good, apart from troubke getting through for same day appt which is generally difficult af many GP surgeries. However, last time i went, my doctor was over an hour late...knowing i arrived 20 mins earlier for another appointment and have a newborn! Postnatal check was unsatisfactory also, asked rwo questions and that is it. They have recently seemed to do things a long winded way. In terms of making appointments, but also encountered an admin lady who was rude and wouldnt help. Thankfully her colleague did.

one star is to much for this surgery!!! If you Try to book appointment you will be one hour on the phone to get in touch with them and if they pick the pone The receptionist what they are working there (any) they think they are bigger than doctors no respect showing for the patients

This so called surgery is an insult to tax payers. Extremely difficult to actually get someone to pick the phone up. Spending loads of time in the queue just to be disconnected at the last stage. Doctor failed to recognise torn ACL and won't refer me to orthopedic despite the fact of my knee being swollen for few weeks and all other symptoms. Two visits, nothing wrong- keep taking paracetamol. I end up doing ultrasound scan privately, taking results to "gp" to finally get referral to orthopedic. Don't know what else to say

One star is too much... I don't usually like to go to the surgery especially this one as the reception staff are horrific. They are so appalling it is not acceptable. This morning I have had no choice but to call at 8am for a GP appointment and I have been told by one of them that she knows that I require an advanced clinician and not the gp. When she was taking my symptoms down, she said she also had thyroid and that my requirements were not urgent even though I told her that I am suffering with a sinus issue for past 3 weeks. I will be taking this matter to the obudsman and higher as it is appalling to talk to any patient in the manner that I have been spoken down to.
