   Recently went to the local writers night in the front room at The Mechanics. Really nice little venue, clean, cosy and warm. Bar prices are reasonable with a good selection. The entertainment was great, we really enjoyed it. The venue is easy to get to, walking distance from the railway station and bus station but there's also free parking on werkday evenings. Cracking venue.

   Love this place..the food, service & price point in the restaurant is spot on. The shows are all of a high standard. I was at the hospice 'day clubbing' event. Brilliantly organised and very well attended. We had a great time as a party of 7.

   We came to The Mechanics on my birthday to see Buble by Candlenight. It was a slick and professional performance which we really enjoyed. The raised seating area gave us a fabulous view and the acoustics were great.

   Went to see The Chicago Blues Brothers and have to say "one of the best nights of my life". I sat on the front row with my husband and so glad I did. I was dying to get up and dance from the start so I was so happy when we could. I loved everything about the show and really hope the will come back again!

   The food was beatiful, top class and reasonably priced. Staff were so attentive and couldnt do enough. Comfortable teared seating and brilliant show to finish off the night. BURNLEY Mechanics is a fabulous venue. All my friends from Yorkshire cant wait to come back xx

   My Son and I went to see The Clone Roses supported by The Smiths ltd on Friday night (17th) of March... What a show thoroughly entertaining from start to finish even the DJ was entertaining whilst reformation of the instruments took place. Not only was it easy to find but managed to park outside the event. Will definitely be going again

   Went to watch One Night in Dubln. It was absolutely amazing. Loved it. The toilets were immaculate. The bar served drinks in plastic glasses which enabled you to take them into the show which was great and the bar had a good choice of drinks and were quite reasonably priced. The band itself were fantastic, I would 100% watch them again. Also the fact that phones were prohibited make the show more enjoyable as there were no distractions.I have tickets for a few other shows this year so will look forward to returning to the mechanics.

   We saw The little shop of horrors, acted and produced by Blessed Trinity school. The whole show was absolutely brilliant, acting, singing, production was all top class. We had an amazing evening and gave a standing ovation on the last night.

   Just had a fabulous evening at Burnley Mechanics,watching the amazing One Night of Queen show.The small theatre is superb,very modern and spacious auditorium.The staff are friendly and helpful and the bar service at the interval was speedy First time here for me but I would certainly return.

   Fantastic venue and wonderful staff. Enjoyed the amazing Pinked Floyd and their fantastic show. Found the auditorium a little warm, but that's only a minor criticism. Love going to the Mechanics.
