The guy at leicester HLC was rude to me when I asked him questions about the laser treatment. He got very defensive very quickly and made me feel insignificant. He said I’m the professional not you and just found the whole experience uncomfortable. I was referred here by someone who had finished their treatment and was seen to by an amazing little Indian girl who was polite and caring. I came briefly when she ran the clinic Amandip was her name. I haven’t had a good experience with Gofher the owner he claims to be. Won’t be spending my money here. Rude and uptight man in charge.
After experiencing hair loss and not knowing where to go I approached leicester hair loss clinic, to do their laser treatments. There is no.quick fix to hair loss and i wanted the non surgical approach; the support the sessions even through lockdown, leicester hair loss clinic kept me informed, and worked with me.
