Very upset that I've had to make two wasted trips over a week and a half to the chemist (not near my home) to collect a repeat prescription that apparently the practice pharmacist had refused to authorise without telling me. In both cases I understood the request that I'd made was being processed. Totally wasted my time. Why can't there be a message sent with explanation if a request can't be processed. When I rang today after the second journey (day before Christmas Eve) I was told to ring for a Doctor appointment tomorrow to discuss when I'd already been told by the doctor I'd got to use the medication for a year, so we will pointlessly waste more time.

Very nice and polite receptionists, doctors, and nurses. My daughter was treated by Dr. Dhilon very well. This was my best experience. Excellent service.

What is wrong with the bulk of people on here, maybe you are rude to the receptionist hence met with a similar attitude? I have been a patient for over 25 years and have never once encountered a so called rude receptionist here, Paula and Debbie in particular are always lovely, helpful, patient and friendly.

My wife had a 3:00 appointment, she came in good time went to reception and gave her name, the receptionist replied "what does that mean? Log into the system". Disgusting attitude I suggest hiring a polite person who doesn't discriminate against non English people.

unprofessional staff! Moved from a new area and filled out a new GP form. Asked for address. Provided previous address and in the form I provided has both Had previous and current address and was like “sorry can’t take that in” till I explained it’s written on the form. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all!

The staff there go out of their way to help. I've been with them 47 years. I had my elderly mum of 92yrs living with me. Whenever she was ill they couldn't do enough. The doctor's use to pop in just to check on her. The receptionist would make sure she had her prescription's. Well done hazelmere.

Supposed to start a course of B12 injections, had an appointment today 8.05, text to cancel at 8.02. I can't drive due to a seizure I suffered in Jan so had to arrange taxi fare for no reason. Surgery knew at 07.30 that the nurse went sick. Couldn't care less.

Services can’t be accessed by working adults. The phone lines don’t put you in a queue and the only times you can go in are during working hours Monday to Friday. Fine if you don’t work, but it’s a nightmare getting an appointment if you do. It’s going to take me weeks just to book an appointment.
